This website is operated by Nikki Perez for City Council 2026. By visiting this site, signing up, or making a contribution through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this site

You may read, use, and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including learning about the campaign and sharing it with your neighbors. We encourage that.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect information about our supporters, or use automated tools to extract data from the site.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or introduce malicious code.
• Impersonate another person when signing up, contributing, or contacting us.
• Use the campaign’s name, logo, or materials in a way that suggests an endorsement, affiliation, or authorization we have not given.

Contributions

Contributions are processed by ActBlue on ActBlue’s own website and are also subject to ActBlue’s terms and privacy policy. Contributions to this campaign are not tax deductible as charitable contributions.

Contributions are subject to the limits and disclosure requirements of California law and the City of Burbank. As described in our Privacy Policy, California law requires us to publicly report the name, address, occupation, and employer of anyone contributing $100 or more.

By making a contribution, you confirm that:

• The contribution is made from your own funds, not funds provided by someone else.
• The contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card that you own.
• You are not a foreign national lacking permanent resident status.
• You are not being reimbursed by anyone for the contribution.
• You are at least 18 years old.

If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact us at Nikki@NikkiPerez.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

Sign-ups and things you submit

When you submit information through this site, you agree that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please do not submit someone else’s personal information without their permission.

If you offer an endorsement, you agree that the campaign may publish your name and the title you provide. Titles are used for identification purposes only and do not imply that your employer or organization has endorsed the campaign. If you would like your endorsement removed, email us and we will take it down.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a contribution or volunteering.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, and the campaign logo on this site are owned by the campaign or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the site and quote from it for commentary, news reporting, and similar purposes. Please do not reproduce our logo or photographs for other purposes without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services including ActBlue and Action Network. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No warranties

This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that all content is complete or up to date at every moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the campaign and its staff and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date, and it takes effect when posted.
